Midsummer Nights in Midtown (aka Detroit's Festival of the Arts)
When: Every Thursday, Friday and Saturday in June
Where: Several locations off of Woodward Avenue by Wayne State University
The 22nd annual Festival of the Arts goes a new direction in 2009. While it will still showcase musicians, dancers and visual artists from around the world, it will have a new moniker (Midsummer Nights in Midtown) and will cover all the weekends in June.
