See the Dress Firsthand Fashion fiends, the socially conscious and Detroit's who's who will gather Friday night for an evening of divine elegance known as Creme de la Creme.This exquisite event will feature the premiere of the exclusive "Carrie Dress" by Vivienne Westwood. This handmade creation was hand sown by Westwood herself and is one of only 30 in the world. Worn by Sarah Jessica Parker in Sex and the City this dress became a fashion sensation around the world. The dress will be showcased at the event and offered up for auction. The evening will take place at the Detroit Athletic Club and will include delicious food, top shelf drinks and more. The night will highlight Detroit made products and will toast Detroit's innovative spirit. Sip Valentine vodka, try delicious Detroit inspired food and rub shoulders with local celebrities such as Jon Jordan and others at this incredible event. A portion of the evening's proceeds will benefit the Ilitch Charities as part of a "so-co" initiative promoting social consciousness.
